Our team consists of:

Jerry Mitsialis: Founder of JM Property after a long personal and family history in Paxos real estate and first hand construction experience. Jerry has an excellent local knowledge base and is highly proficient at sourcing new properties as they enter the market. Legal team: For those who don’t already have a Greek lawyer we can provide details of reputable lawyers based in Corfu. Details will be given of those who have represented clients; both past and present and with whom we are confident will provide a professional service.

Construction Planning: Several architects and planning engineers are available to supply advice about land and building and to create the relevant plans needed for a project.

Development and Project Management: There are an number of contractors on the island who are available for the construction of property. Many independent teams also offer a range of services within specialist trades.

At JM Property we offer a management service for those who are not able to be present during the construction process. We act on behalf of the client to oversee and manage the project at every stage, whilst providing regular updates via digital images and progress reports.

Management Information: Our overall aim is to provide accurate and honest information to our clients and a service which represents both the purchaser and the vendor on a fair and legal basis.
